Partner sessions with your personal trainer are a great way to get fit with a partner or friend! Fitness should be fun and working out with a mate can make your sessions a lot more social and motivating.

We'll provide you both with a full fitness program written specifically to meet your goals. You'll also receive nutritional advice you need to get great results, because what you eat and when you eat it makes a big difference to weight loss and being healthy. We can provide meal plans, helpful tips and reminders to keep you on track!
